DESCRIPTION
This organic wine is even closer to nature as intended by us. Produced without preservatives, thanks to a ruthless selection of the finest grapes from our terroir in perfect health.
TASTING:
Its color is of an intense garnet.
On the nose, we find aromas of chocolate, candied fruits, spices, accompanied by notes of roasted coffee.
On the palate, it is first the velvety texture of the tannins that dominates: although present, they harmonize with the notes of chocolate and mocha. The substance is present and brings out the aromas.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS:
This powerful wine will be at ease with spicy dishes such as a leg of lamb, Provencal tripe, or a cheese with a strong character.
