DESCRIPTION
This is the wine for mid-season or summer. Ripe grapes and vinification deliberately focused on the fruit, shorter, to make a lighter, easy-drinking wine that pairs with our summer temperatures.
TASTING:
The color is violet, the nose is a mix of licorice and red fruit notes such as strawberry. On the palate, the sensation of freshness and roundness deliciously accompany the red fruit aromas. The tannins, fine and silky, extend the finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:
Ideal for summer dishes, this cuvée will complement your summer grills, stuffed tomatoes, or even a roasted chicken on a bed of Cévennes sweet onions.
