DESCRIPTION

It’s a parallel and a shift this year: indeed, we selected our syrah to produce this red wine with a deep hue. Instead of the exuberance of the material, we preferred to present you with a cuvée with smooth, delicate yet present tannins reminiscent of our northern cousins.

 

TASTING:

On the nose, violet and red fruits dominate.
The palate, long and complex, remains fresh and prolonged. The tannins are smooth and creamy, complemented by roasted notes.

 

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS:

A wine for summer and winter alike, it will pair wonderfully with your stuffed vegetables or matured cheeses.
