This organic wine comes from a rigorous selection. The vines, aged over ten years, are pruned short. Their health condition is consistently maintained and impeccable.
Aged in the Secret of our Cellars, this blend gives free rein to the substance. A strict selection of woods allowed us to develop these aromas of toasted bread mixed with a touch of vanilla.
On the nose, the wood is evident and brings out notes of red berries. In the mouth, the finesse of the grain is felt, with supple yet present tannins and a very pleasant sweetness.
