DESCRIPTION
Owes its name to the « Tournaïres » (formerly, potter turners). Vine cultivation here dates back to the 12th century. Potters and winemakers of Tornac know the art of working and shaping the soil of their vineyard. In this selected wine, you will perceive all the riches of their terroir.
TASTING:
After a frank and pleasant attack, there is a beautiful minerality on the nose that continues on the palate, developing floral and stone fruit aromas.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:
Appreciated as an aperitif, this vintage is also enjoyed with seafood, grilled sardines, or a beautiful cassolette of moules marinières (mussels in white wine sauce).
