Berries bathed in sunlight, harvested at their peak maturity in the early glow of the day, chosen from plots rigorously selected for their qualitative potential. Traditional fermentation allows us to present this cuvée crafted with passion.
The robe is light yellow with golden reflections. The nose is very fresh with hints of banana and lightly toasted bread. On the palate, the wine presents the vivacity and minerality characteristic of Chardonnay, complemented by notes of white flowers. Thanks to the optimal maturity of the grapes and perfect weather conditions, the finish is long and lingering.
This wine pairs well with fish (such as grilled red mullet fillets), crustaceans, and white meats (like veal blanquette). We also recommend enjoying it with Picodon cheese.
