DESCRIPTION

This semi-dry white wine is carefully crafted to preserve the purity of the grape variety. After natural clarification through pea protein flotation, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (14-16°C) to maintain freshness and aromatic intensity. It then rests for a few months in concrete tanks. Finally, a light sweetening with organic MCR (Made in Red Cement) adds a final touch of sweetness before bottling.

TASTING :

This cuvée owes its name, Doré (Golden), to the color of its single grape variety. The nose is a veritable bouquet of aromas: rosewood and lychee burst forth with intensity. On the palate, the subtle sweetness caresses the palate, balanced by a lively freshness. Fruity and floral flavors mingle with delicate honeyed notes, prolonging the pleasure to a sweet and fragrant finish. Semi-dry and generous, this wine can be enjoyed both on its own, as an aperitif, and in harmony with a dessert.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING :

A semi-dry wine, it is enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a dessert wine. We highly recommend it with raw Criollo chocolate.
