DESCRIPTION

This organic wine has been crafted to be even closer to nature. Produced without preservatives, thanks to a ruthless selection of the finest grapes from our terroir in perfect health. Viognier grapes, sourced from the crème de la crème of our terroirs at full maturity, with great care and a touch of expertise.
Harvested at dawn, it is pressed and vinified in liquid form at low temperatures. No added SO2.

 

TASTING :

Aromas of apricots, a light and tender palate that develops into notes of toasted bread, with a long and round finish reminiscent of white fruits like peach.

 

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS :

It will delicately accompany your finest dishes. We recommend it with a wild asparagus gratin or tuna rillettes.
