DESCRIPTION

This cuvée owes its name to the color of its unique grape variety: sun-drenched, the grapes still express a rare vivacity and typicity.

 

TASTING :

Intoxicating and explosive, the aromas of this cuvée (rosewood and lychee) are those that one can find when biting into a ripe grape. In the mouth, frangipane and a hint of orange peel develop, accompanied by a great freshness balanced by the sugar.

 

FOOD & WINE PAIRING :

A semi-dry wine, it is enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a dessert wine. We highly recommend it with raw Criollo chocolate.

DESCRIPTION

This organic wine has been crafted to be even closer to nature. Produced without preservatives, thanks to a ruthless selection of the finest grapes from our terroir in perfect health. Ugni blanc grapes, sourced from the crème de la crème of our terroirs at full maturity, with great care and a touch of expertise.
Harvested at dawn, it is pressed and vinified in liquid form at low temperatures. No added SO2.

 

TASTING :

A rich and round palate that develops toasted bread notes, with a buttery finish reminiscent of quince blossom aromas.

 

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS :

It will delicately complement your finest dishes.
We recommend it with a wild asparagus gratin or tuna rillettes.

DESCRIPTION

Owes its name to the « Tournaïres » (formerly, potter turners). Vine cultivation here dates back to the 12th century. Potters and winemakers of Tornac know the art of working and shaping the soil of their vineyard. In this selected wine, you will perceive all the riches of their terroir.

 

TASTING:

After a frank and pleasant attack, there is a beautiful minerality on the nose that continues on the palate, developing floral and stone fruit aromas.

 

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

Appreciated as an aperitif, this vintage is also enjoyed with seafood, grilled sardines, or a beautiful cassolette of moules marinières (mussels in white wine sauce).

DESCRIPTION

The grapes are harvested at dawn to retain as much of the aromatic precursors as possible. The process includes a settling phase on lees followed by traditional vinification with temperature control.

TASTING:

Wine with bright yellow reflections.
The exotic aromas are explosive on the nose, the mouthfeel is fresh and mineral, very aromatic; the citrus and exotic fruit aromas present from the start are confirmed on the palate.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

The exuberance and persistence of the aromas (exotic fruits and thiol notes) leave no one indifferent. Moreover, it can accompany an entire meal from salad to cheese given its aromatic range and persistence. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with seafood or fatty fish, it will enhance the goat cheeses from our region.

DESCRIPTION

Berries bathed in sunlight, harvested at their peak maturity in the early glow of the day, chosen from plots rigorously selected for their qualitative potential. Traditional fermentation allows us to present this cuvée crafted with passion.

 

TASTING NOTES:

The robe is light yellow with golden reflections. The nose is very fresh with hints of banana and lightly toasted bread. On the palate, the wine presents the vivacity and minerality characteristic of Chardonnay, complemented by notes of white flowers. Thanks to the optimal maturity of the grapes and perfect weather conditions, the finish is long and lingering.

 

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

This wine pairs well with fish (such as grilled red mullet fillets), crustaceans, and white meats (like veal blanquette). We also recommend enjoying it with Picodon cheese.
