Sourced from parcels certified in organic farming and selected within the territory of the « DUCHE D’UZES » appellation. Respecting a specific set of specifications, this cuvée is made from Mediterranean grape varieties with a deliberately limited yield, perfect health, and optimal maturity.

During the tasting, you will discover… its nose of ripe fruits, recalling notes of chocolate and candied prunes. On the palate, the finesse of the tannins, the silky structure, and the freshness of the aromas of small red fruits and garrigue scents stand out.
