DESCRIPTION
After natural clarification by flotation with pea proteins, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (14-16°C) to preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the Cinsault grapes. The wine is then racked and aged for a few months in concrete tanks, where it develops finesse and balance.
TASTING:
This rosé reveals a delicate rose petal color. The nose opens with a basket of tangy red fruits: crisp redcurrants, fresh raspberries, and a hint of wild strawberry. On the palate, freshness prevails with a lovely vivacity, carried by the luscious flavors of small red berries. The tangy notes underscore its lightness and provide a thirst-quenching quality that invites another sip. A rosé of pure pleasure, to be enjoyed as soon as the weather warms up !
FOOD PAIRING:
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with your summer mixed salads, bruschettas, and grilled poultry.
