DESCRIPTION
The grapes come from a selection of vines grown using sustainable agriculture from our Syrah plots, chosen based on their ability to produce rosé.
TASTING:
The color is rich, with red fruit aromas present from the first sip. The vivacity of the taste harmoniously blends with red fruits like strawberries and currants.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:
More of a table rosé than an aperitif, it pairs delicately with light Mediterranean summer dishes like pissaladière (onion tart) or tomato pie.
