DESCRIPTION
This rosé is made from Syrah, the emblematic grape variety of the South. Its vinification is carried out with care to preserve all the freshness and aromatic expression of the fruit. After clarification by pea protein flotation, the must begins fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), guaranteeing finesse and brilliance. Once racked, the wine continues its evolution in concrete tanks, where it gains balance.
TASTING:
Visually, this rosé is captivating with its delicate, luminous, pale pink color. The nose opens with enticing aromas of raspberry and redcurrant, enhanced by tangy notes that bring freshness and vibrancy. On the palate, the attack is lively and energetic, balanced by a smooth and light texture. Flavors of crisp red berries mingle with hints of tangy candy, offering a profile that is both indulgent and refreshing. A decidedly summery rosé, perfect for sharing in a friendly atmosphere.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:
More of a table rosé than an aperitif, it pairs delicately with light Mediterranean summer dishes like pissaladière (onion tart) or tomato pie.
