This wine, with its noble and high-end red robe, invites you on a journey through time, through the history of our region. During the tasting, you will discover… its nose of ripe fruits, recalling notes of chocolate and candied prunes. On the palate, the finesse of the tannins, the silky structure, and the freshness of the aromas of small red fruits and garrigue scents stand out.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS:

Given its power, it will pair wonderfully with spicy dishes like a lamb navarin.

TASTING:

Aged in the Secret of our Cellars, this blend gives free rein to the substance. A strict selection of woods allowed us to develop these aromas of toasted bread mixed with a touch of vanilla.

On the nose, the wood is evident and brings out notes of red berries. In the mouth, the finesse of the grain is felt, with supple yet present tannins and a very pleasant sweetness.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

Its character will be best appreciated with slightly spicy dishes such as bull’s gardiane or pheasant with lentils.

TASTING:

On the nose, violet and red fruits dominate.
The palate, long and complex, remains fresh and prolonged. The tannins are smooth and creamy, complemented by roasted notes.

Its color is of an intense garnet.
On the nose, we find aromas of chocolate, candied fruits, spices, accompanied by notes of roasted coffee.
On the palate, it is first the velvety texture of the tannins that dominates: although present, they harmonize with the notes of chocolate and mocha. The substance is present and brings out the aromas.

This powerful wine will be at ease with spicy dishes such as a leg of lamb, Provencal tripe, or a cheese with a strong character.

TASTING :

The color is garnet, and on the nose, there are aromas of ripe fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) paired with spicy notes (white pepper). The mouthfeel is where the maturity of the grapes shines: the tannins, although very present, are smooth and don’t overpower. Their subtlety doesn’t detract from this cuvée’s aging potential and ensures a harmonious evolution.

The power and softness of this wine pair wonderfully with pan-fried beef topped with tapenade, or slightly spicier dishes like beans with bacon and red pepper.

TASTING:

The color is violet, the nose is a mix of licorice and red fruit notes such as strawberry. On the palate, the sensation of freshness and roundness deliciously accompany the red fruit aromas. The tannins, fine and silky, extend the finish.
