The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color. The nose opens with a rich aromatic palette: ripe black fruits, olives, and forest floor. On the palate, it impresses with its robust and tannic structure. The flavors of ripe black fruits mingle with menthol notes, which lend freshness and create a harmonious and flavorful experience. A red wine of character, powerful and authentic, reflecting the terroir of the Cévennes.

The wine’s tannic power and structure call for rich dishes to complement it. The olive and mint aromas of Garrigues find a natural echo with dishes enhanced with aromatic herbs, grilled dishes and simmered dishes.

Aged in the Secret of our Cellars, this blend gives free rein to the substance. A strict selection of woods allowed us to develop these aromas of toasted bread mixed with a touch of vanilla.

On the nose, the wood is evident and brings out notes of red berries. In the mouth, the finesse of the grain is felt, with supple yet present tannins and a very pleasant sweetness.

The wine displays an intense, deep, and brilliant garnet color. The nose opens with a generous expression of ripe black fruit, accompanied by notes of garrigue and undergrowth that fully evoke the character of the Cévennes terroir. On the palate, the wine has a smooth and enveloping texture. Ripe black fruit flavors dominate, supported by still-present tannins that structure the whole without imbalance. The alcohol is perfectly integrated, bringing roundness and harmony.

The tannins and body of Marselan pair perfectly with rich meats and cheese, while its notes of garrigue and undergrowth complement dishes featuring aromatic herbs, mushrooms, and grilled or simmered preparations.
