Pour cette cuvée spéciale, nous avons sélectionné nos meilleures parcelles de Syrah et Grenache, conduites en Agriculture Biologique. Ces vignes ont été bichonnées tout au long de la saison, afin d’en récolter de délicieux raisins vendangés à maturité optimale.

 

DÉGUSTATION :

C’est après l’avoir réchauffée dans vos mains, aérée délicatement, apprivoisée qu’elle va révéler ses arômes de fruits rouges et de réglisse. Les tanins présents sont le gage de son potentiel de vieillissement…

Sourced from parcels certified in organic farming and selected within the territory of the « DUCHE D’UZES » appellation. Respecting a specific set of specifications, this cuvée is made from Mediterranean grape varieties with a deliberately limited yield, perfect health, and optimal maturity.

 

TASTING:

This wine, with its noble and high-end red robe, invites you on a journey through time, through the history of our region. During the tasting, you will discover… its nose of ripe fruits, recalling notes of chocolate and candied prunes. On the palate, the finesse of the tannins, the silky structure, and the freshness of the aromas of small red fruits and garrigue scents stand out.
